- NHA Vice President will send notice of approval or denial within 30 days of
receipt of application. - The vice president will then send you the necessary paperwork.
- You are asked to post a small sign about NHA sponsorship (included in your paperwork packet) at the site of the contest. In addition, if possible, a mention of the NHA sponsorship in your fair program (if there is one) would also be appreciated. We would also like you to make our membership forms available at the event.
- We would like the person applying for the award to send information about the contest and winner and pictures if possible to our newsletter
- When the contest is juried and the winner announced, the event organizer gives the winner instructions for completing the paperwork and receiving the award money.
- At this time we limit Handspun Awards to one per event.
